4 THE TONGAN DYNASTY. (Br Telcßrapu.-Special Correspondents Auckland, April 21. The Tongan correspondent of tho "H.ei'ald";:,writes:. "On : March 20,:..another princess vas born to the Royal llouso of Tubou,. and her grandfather has arranged that tho new arrival shall bear his name of Fatafohi, to which has been added the name of Onclua, after some dLstinguislicd female ancestor who has long since been gathered to her fathers. It was hoped that, tho child would bo a boy, as at present there in no male heir, and under the. will of tho old King George Tubou I, failing male issue of tho House of Tubou, tiro Crown of Tonga is to descend to tho heirs of Uilianii Tugi, the chief of tho Man district. Tho heir-apparent, Tugi, has gone to England to the Coronation of King George. V, and tliero is somo talk of a marriage being arranged between him and tho Princess Salofo (daughter of King Gcorgo by his first wife), so as to unite, so to speak, the Tongan equivalent of tho rival Houses of York and Lancaster. The lady referred to is still at school in Auckland, so there is no immediato hurry for tho plighting of Royal troths."
