MANY ALBANIANS KILLED. By Telegraph-Press Assodation-Copyricht Constantinople, April 5. Two hundred Albanians were tilled at Tushi, where Bashi-Bazouks opportunely relieved the Turkish garrison after hot lighting with the investing force. Many Albanians surrendered. The Porte has circularised the Powers. It insists on Montenegro closing the frontiers against Albanian refugees.
