(From Our Special Correspondent.) The monthly meeting of the Hutt Fire Brigade was hold lust night. Letters were received from the Gear Company and the.l'ctono workshops brigade, objecting to the days that had been suggested for the competition for the Baldwin Cup. After discussion, it was decided to hold the sports on the .Saturday following Easter. It was decided to enter three teams as follow:—No. 1, Hobman, Slinn, Collet!; No. 2, Fleet, Fleet, M'llvride; No. 3, Deveroaux, Strand, Borland., It was also decided to arrange for other events to be run during the afternoon. Foreman Doran gave a report of the HokitiUa meeting, and was accorded a vote of thanks. It was decided to adhere to the old design for the now uniforms.
