WILL THE PREMIERS GO? By TelesrraDh—Press Association-Gopyrieht (Rec. April 6, 0.55 a.m.) London, April 5. Tho Irish correspondent of "The Times" states that it has not occurred to tho forty-two patriots on tho Dublin Corporation that their conduct in refusing to present an address to the King on the Royal visit to Dublin has made a visit by the colonial Premiers impossible. They will now find that tho Premiers have no use for a welcome that is refused to their King.
