THE HUGH WARD RECEPTION.
Tho committee set up to make arrangements for the reception to be given in honour of Mr. Hugh 'J. Ward and his company in the Town Hall on Monday afternoon next hold a meeting in tho Mayor's room yesterday evening. An entirely satisfactory report was presented from the sub-conimitteo entrusted with the framing of the address to Mr. Ward and for the photographic roulicas thereof for the members of the company. The Musical Committee reported that the combined orchestras from the theatres would play selections, and Miss Mabel Fowler would sing. A grand piano has been lent for tho occasion bv the Dresden Piano Company. Messrs. F. W. Haybittle, Malcolm Ross, and J. Fuller, jun., were appointed a snb-rommitteo to attend to tlio advertising. The public will be invited to attend free of chf.rge.
