JAVA PLAGUE OUTBREAK.
EXAGGERATION 'ALLEGED. By Telegraph-P(e3s Association-Copyright (Eec. April 5, 9.35 p.m.) Sydney, April 5. The manager of the Dutch Packet Company hr.s received a, cable- message stating that the reports of the extent of the plague outbreak in Java are exaggerated. A few cases of disease, of a nature not determined, have occurred at Malang, but they are confined to the natives.
