The "Frankfurter Zeitung's" Constanlinoplc correspondent states in connection with the proposed formation of a new company to build and operate the Persian Gulf section of the Bagdad railway that Turkey will reserve to herself forty per cent, of tho shares, and will offer ttventy per cent, each to Great Britain, France, and Germany. . ,
