A deputation of members of the Scottish National Committee has waited on Mr. Asquith to advocate the granting ot complete devolution to Scotland. Mr. Asquith replied that ho ivas fully of the growing difficulty in giving Scottish'affairs proper consideration at We'stiniiiSterl Irish Home Rule, he added, was part of a fuller scheme.
