TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Tim Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Indian Curry. Potatoes. Cabbage. Baked Broad and Butter Pudding. Stewed Pears. INDIAN CURRY. One apple, 1 onion, 1 dessertspoonful of chutney, i- dessertspoonful of brown sugar, 1 dessertspoonful of freshly-grated coconut, 1 dessertspoonful of curry powder, ljoz. butter, lemon juice to taste, neck of mutton cut into small pieces, i-pint of stock, salt to taste. Chop the apple and onion finely; dredge the moat with a tab'.espoonful of flour; fry a nice brown in the butter. Sift the ment out of the pan, fry the apple and onion a little, then add all the ingredients except the lemon juice and coconut, which should not be added until just before serving. Simmer gently for 2j hours. Serve with boiled rice. FOR TO-MORROW. One Ox Tail. Quinces. Breadcrumbs.
