OUR'TRADE IN TALLOW.
EXPORT QUANTITIES COMPAHED. During January, 1911, 1856. tons of tallow wore exported from New Zealand. The fjiiantities sent from the. various ports' were:—Dunedin, 27 tons; Tiniaru, 49; Christehurcb, 227; Blenheim,-15; Nelson, 30; Wellineton, 901; Wanganui, 114; "Waitnra. 93; Nnpier, G2; Gisborne, 133; and Auckland, 110. In February 2193 tons were sent away. The ports contributed to the total as follow:—lnvercargill, G3 tons; Dunedin, 79; Oamarii, H; Tiniaru, 188; Clmstchurch, «1S; Blenheim, DO; Nelson, 2; Wellington, 58G; U'anganui, 163; Waitara, 35; Napier, 33-t; Gisborne, 151; and Auckland, 113. 11l the eight months ending February there has bean a falling off in tho exports of 2109 tons as compared with tho corresponding eiffct months of the previous season. -The details. are as follow:— . . . .',...
