Cloudy, hazy, and warm weather has prevailed, and light showers in parts, but considerablo rain is reported in the far south Northerly winds have prevailed, but are veering by west to south in the southern districts. Tho barometer has fallen and risen in tho southernmost districts, but little movement is reported generally. Present indications aro for unsettled and cloudy weather in most parts of tlie country. The barometer will probably full in tho northern districts, but rise slowly iu tho south. Strong northeiiics arc probable in tho north, and westerly and southerly winds in the south. D. C. BATES.
