SWIMMING OFFICIALS DISAGREE. The chairman and secretary of the local Centre of the Swimming Association came to loggerheads last evening, and the dispute that resulted was terminated only by an'assertion of authority on the part of the chairman.'.' The motion lapsed, for want of :i seconder, and the Centre was.proceeding to the next business when Mr. Blick rose to protest.
