SB; Tolesraph.—Special CorreeDondent.) Masterton, March 13. Mr>-.J. T.. M. Hornsby, a candidate for the Wairarapa seat, delivered an address in the Town Hall this evening on. political questions. He asserted that the time had arrived when they should "take & pull", from borrowing.■■• He declared himself: in. favour of conceding the freehold to Crown tenants-at- the original value plus one per cent. He severely criticised the railway time-tablo and the Tolling-stock in use on the Wairarapa line. He .announced-himself a-supporter of the elective Executive. He defended Sir J. Ward against ■ attacks made upon him. .At the conclusion of, the iodress he was accorded a vote of thanks.
