TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially, written for Tna Dominion.) MONDAY. Sea Pie. Potatoes. Turnips. Ground rice pudding. Stewed fruit. ' GROUND RICE PUDDING. One pint of milk, 2 tablespoonfuls of {.'round rice, loz. butter, 1 tablespoonful of sugar, 2 eggs, a few drops of essence of vanilla. . Bring the milk to the boil. Mix the gronnd rico with a little cold milk, and pour the boiling milk over it, and return to the saucepan. Boil until thick. Then add tho sugar, butter, and vanilla, and when cool the beaten yolks, and lastly the whites beaten very stiff. Pour into a greased piedish, and bake in a moderate oven until well risen, and moderately brown.
