Mr. Denham, tho State Premier, opened the anti-referenda campaign to-night. Ho declared that there was a danger of unification being thrust upon tho people by stealth. An attempt was being made to ontrap them and deprive tho States of local powers. Ho appealed to tho electors not to be brow-beaten or bull-dosed.
