Mount Eaen, yesterday, afternoon, was attacked by a/, horse which had escaped from a neighbouring paddock. Tho animal seized her with its teeth and knocked her down, with the result that sho sustained injuries to her head and ono shoulder. The animal was eventually driven off by a passer-by and Miss Wickstead was removed to her home. This morning sho was progressing satisfactorily.
