Wodding at St. Mark's. '- A very' pretty wedding was" celebrated nt St. Marie's Church yesterday afternoon, when Miss May Pollock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Pollock, was married to Mr. Frank h. Morrison, the ceremony being performed by the Rev. A. M. Johnson, JI.A. The bride wore n very handsome princess dress of ivory aachesso satin, with yoke and sleeves of embroidered net, and corsage trimmed with heavily •embossed lace and pearl fringe. The front of the skirt opened over a wide lace .panel, whilo the skirt and long square train were bordered with i design oi' ex-quisitely-worked luce. She-woroa Juliet cab of pearls, and an. embroidered nut veil, and carried a showor bouquet of cream roses and maidenhair fern. There wore two bridesmaids attending her, Miss Edith Innes, wearing a pale pink costume, and largo black velvet hat with black ostrich .ninnies, - and little Miss Marjorie O'Shoa, in a white muslin frocrc trimmed with Valenciennes lace and insertion, mid a Jnlipt can of pearls. Both carried shower bouquuts of pale pink roses tied with nink satin ribbon. Mv. W. H. Polloct'-attended the bridegroom as bent ninn, and Mr. H. J. Pollock as groomsman. The bride's gift from the bridegroom was a diamond ring, and to the bridesmaids wore given gold bangles. After tiie ceremony a reception was Jiek! at Hie Hotel Windsor, a large number of guests.being present. Unfortunately; the mother of the bride, Mrs. ■ Pollock, was recovering from illness, and was (inable to be preseut. The. bride's. going-avay frock was of aeroplane' blue cloth, trimmed with point luce, and with it she wore a la mo black panne hat, with sweeping black ostrich plumes. .

Wedding at St. Mary's. On Tuesday morning, at St. Mary's Church, a pretty wedding took place, when .Miss Matilda Mary Gregory, daughter of -My. J. 0. Gregory, of Brooklyn, was marnicil to My. William. Wilton. The Rev. Father Venning performed the ceremony. The bride looked charming in a dress of cream delaine, and , hat to match. She was attended-by her sister, Miss — Gregory, as bridesmaid, who wore a cream muslin frock and pretty hat. Mr. -Fred. Wilton acted as best man.. A reception was afterwards held nt Mr. J. Yesterday morning tv quiet wedding was -celebrated in St. John's manse, whenMiss , Hilda Scater, daughter of the late Mr. D. Seater, was married to Mr. Ernest Broadbelt, of Bulls. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Dr. Oibb. The bride wore a navy ):lu3. costume and a saxe blue hat. She was attended by her sister, Miss Bco.trica Scater, as bridesmaid, weaving a cream silk frock and a lace hat. A reception w?.s afterward* held nt Godbc.r's in Cuba Street, after which the bride and bridegroom, left fov the north. Wedding at Nowtown. . ■ At St. Anne's Church, Newtown, the wedding was celebrated of Miss Hurley, of Whenuakura, and Mr. G. O'Hara, of Central Otago, the llev. father Hurley performing i the ceremony. The bride's sister. Miss A. Hurley, attended her as bridesmaid, and Mr. j. Bailey actod as best man.' A reception was afterwards held at All , . J. Godber's rooms on Lanibton Quay. Wedding at Eastbourne. Yesterday, in the Eastboumo Church, the wedding v.as celebrated of the llev. J. H. Sykcs, formerly of Tenui, but now of the Upper Hutt, and Mrs. Luxford. The ceremony was performed by the Bishop of Wellington, Dr. Wallis, and there were prosent at iho servico somo of the Tenui friends of Mr.'Sykes, who had journeyed down to Wellington specially for the purpose.
