TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tnu Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Cnvelons of cold meat. Potatoes. Mashod turnips. Baked roly poly pudding. CAVELOXS OF COLD MEAT. Ono and a half pounds of cooked meat, chopped, Jib. cooked hum chopped, 1 tablespooiil'ul of chopped parsley, 1 Salt-, spoonful of chopped herbs, Jib. breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, suit, pepper, thyme, grated nutmeg, bay leaf. Mix all these ingredients well together, then bind with the egg. Form the mixture into 3 rolls. Wrap eaeli part in greased paper,- and bake in the oven about 20 minutes'. When done, remove- the paper, and dish with the following snncc poured round. SAUCE. Half ounce clarified fat, 10z,.' flour, 1 pint of stock, 1 dessertspoonful of mushroom ketchup,'! teaspooiifnl of vinegar, ff.lt and pepper, i teaspoonful of Worcester sauce. Fry the bujler and flour together a nice brown, then add stock, seasoning, and snucc. FOR TO-MORROW. 1 cutlets. J peck of peas. Arrowroot, i Stock. French beans. IHackberries.
