TO-DAY'S DINNER.

When done, remove- the paper, and dish with the following snncc poured round. SAUCE. Half ounce clarified fat, 10z,.' flour, 1 pint of stock, 1 dessertspoonful of mushroom ketchup,'! teaspooiifnl of vinegar, ff.lt and pepper, i teaspoonful of Worcester sauce. Fry the bujler and flour together a nice brown, then add stock, seasoning, and snucc. FOR TO-MORROW. 1 cutlets. J peck of peas. Arrowroot, i Stock. French beans. IHackberries.
