BRITISH LABOUR BILL. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyriell!. London, February 27. As a consequence of the Osbornc judgment, tho Labour party is introducing in the House of Commons a Bill dealing with the use of trade union funds. One clause of the Bill provides that a trade union acting alone or in conjunction with other unions may apply its funds to secure the return and maintain members of Parliament and other public bodios.
