EX-MINISTERS ON TRIAL,

Sofia, February 27. The Sobrar.je, (tho Bulgarian National Assembly) has decided to send for trial by a special State tribunal M. Petkoff, exPresident of tho Council, and Minister for the Interior, General Savoff, ex-lliui-ster for War, nnd three other'ex-Ministers,' on charges of having violated laws for their personal advantage, nnd to the detriment of tho State Treasury.
