Association as to' the appointment of its judges, it- was resolved that as the message was contrary to fact the whole matter should bo ignored. s It was decidcd to arrange with tho Waiarrapa . A. and P. Association to award the North Island championship for Ayrshires at its lifxt show gold molals presented by the AVrshiro Breeders' As«ociation, and Jfessrs. A. M'Farlane, P. Ireland, and W. Cowon were appointed to make similar arrangements in tlio Sotitli Island. TJk names of Messrs. Lewis, Lee, Sinclair, and Slack were! added to'tlio official list of Ayrshire judges. Several new meml>er» were elected, and interest in tho breed appears unabated. •
