Rule for Ireland. They wero pledged to theso measures and they wero essential to secure tho goodwill and peaco of these islands. It was Britain's business, ho said, to wish Canada well in her enterprises. Let her malco the best bargain sho could. They could say to Canada: "Do tho best you can for yourself and your glorious country. We will do the best wo can for our old crowded country, requiring wheat from wherever we can get it."
