PENDING LIBEL ACTION.
- MR. MASSET T. "N\Z. TIMES.*. . The libel action brought by Mr. W. P. Massey, Leader ct' the Opposition, against the "New Zealand Times" Company, will probably Ik heard at the civil sittings of the Supreme Court, which commences on February 13. In the absence of Mr. C. P. Skerr'ett, K.C., leading conned for the defendant company, Mr. S. Solomon, K.C., of Dunedin, with Mr. A. Blair, Wellington, will act as counsel for the company. Mr. H. D. Bell, K.C., will act for Mr. Masssy.
