Scott moved: "That ,£l5O per annum be allotted to the engineering' travelling scholarship; that one 6ucli scholarship be granted for the year 1912; that the Recess Committee on Architecture be termed the Recess Committee on Engineering and Architecture, and draiv up regulations dealing with this scholarship, to be submitted to tho Senate at the meeting of 1912."
