Tho executive regretted'that the revenue.had becii too small to allow of its securing a room for the society's use, and it was a matter for the meeting to considor as to whether tho time had llow come when tho subscription, should be • raised., The number of financial members Was smaller than the executive could wish,, and the opinion was expressed that this state of. affairs .should, be improved. Tho executive expressed appreciation of the way. in which', the secretary and treasurer (.Air. W. Allan) has carried out .his duties. . •

The. new rules were discussed . and adopted. The subscription for the coming year was fixed at ss. for gentlemen and 25., 6d. for ladies.
