• » STILL P.AGIXCr. (By Telegraph-Press ' Association.) Thames, January 5. 1 An extensive fire is raging on the Piako londs, between Waikaka and Talnma. The area is principally composed of peat and undergrowth. A large area of flax laud, tho nronef ty of Mr. Georgo Scotcher, was swent by fire. The tramways and buildings aro safe. No Government land is affectcd.
