After voting the constitution, the. Assembly will be designated a Legislative Chamber,'superseding the old bi-ca.neral Parliament,'and will be.elected triennially.
The Chamber will elect a President, who will hold ofEco for a ferir; of live years, and' will 'be ineligible for re-elec-tion.
