Wilford, M.P.), and Councillors Luke, Smith, Frost, Cohen, Trevor, Atkinson, Thompson, Barber, Fitzgerald, Fletcher, M'Laren, Shirtclife, Morrah, Garmichael, and Hindmarsh. e e COMMITTEE REPORTS.
