CATTLE-TBUCKS OR HORSE-BOXES. !Replyinj-to Mr. Field, who asked that hflrses,- when being-railed,- should always be placed in proper horse-trucks, the Hon. J. A';' Millar stated in the House yesterdity:thaias a.general rule,,cattle-trucks /for, the -conveyance of horses are supplied-: at tho special request of owners who, by using. -cattle-trucks, are enabled to/get more "animals in a singlo vehicle, ■ and .thus effect a saving in freight charges-rhor'ses. in cattle-trucks being -charged at' the rate for cattle. Where .'oirn'ers order horse-boxes, tho latter are supplied 'in fulfilment of the ■ order. .
