The ex-Shah of Persia, Muhammad Ali Shah, by travelling to Vienna and Paris, caused the Persian Government to- believe that he was plotting to regain the throne. Their emissaries shadowed him, and it is now proved.that the ex-Shah was seeking to persuade a nineteen-year-old Irish dancer to become his fourth wife. The dancer refused.
