Beforo a keenly-interested audience last night Mr. Moore, missioner, touched on first-aid matters in a plain, clear way, dealing with fractures, bandages, and the rescuing of the drowning. During tho evening a competition, "a recent street accident," was carried out by seamen. Miss Blanchard arranged an attractive programme of music, assisted by Mrs. Bolt and Mr. Richards.
