In tho House of Representatives, the Federal Territorial Bill was read a second time without division and passed through'its remaining stages. (Rec. November 11, 9.35 p.m.) Melbourne, November 11. In the Senate the Federal Territory Bill passed all its stages, Opposition members feebly protesting. In tho House of Representatives Mr. Hughes moved tho second reading of tho Anti-Trust Act Amendment Bill, designed to remove the necessity of proving intent to restrain trade.
