MORRIS-TUBE CLUB.
Messrs Coulls, Culling, and Company's Mofris Tube Riflo Club hold their first annual smoko concert at Mawson's Rooms, Cuba Street, on Thursday evening. The opportunity was taken to present prizes won during the season. The winners were: Morrison trophy, C. Watson 1, S. H. Reid 2; Bjcrinqvist trophy, A. Can- 1, I. Paget 2; Cowan and Sons' trophy, H. 1). Smith 1, W. T. AVatson 2. A. special prize, given by .Mr. L. Nicol, for the best avoragc score during tho season, was won by Alexander Swan Morrison. Among those present were Messrs. Martin and Do.vland, representing Messrs. Cowan and Sons, Ltd. Musical items were rendered by Messrs. 10. J. King, H. Morton, L. Garrett, P. Shuley, l l '. Philpot, A. Carr, G. Durnett, and others. Mr. J. Lyle rendered two recitations. Tho ovoning, which was a very enjoyable one, terminated it 10.30 p.m. Mr. Herbert Coull occuDied the chair.
