(Spesially written for The Dominion.) THURSDAY. Celery soup. Asparagus spudding. Mashed - potatoes. Apple, short. cuke.' : ASPARAGUS PUDDING.' ; ' Half, a pint of the tender part of asparagus cut small, four eggs, one tablespoonful of finely minced ham, two tablespoonfujs of flour,, one.ounce .molted butter, salt and popper, a little milk. /Mix the flour, to a smooth -batter with a: littlo . milk.' Beat . .the eggs well, ; mix then with the batter, then add asparagus, 1 ham,' melted butter, andf'. seasoning. Mix well, pour into i.a welUbuttered basin, ebver with- a-scalded and', floured cloth. Placo in boiling water, and boil one hour 'and :a half. ■ Turn out, arid pour'melted butter over. Serve at once; FOR TO-MORROW. Fish stock' vegetables, ( curry - powder, quarter pound' chocolate," stale - sponge cake, threo eggs! /;
