Kales, 20 wickets averaging, 7.02 runs.-a: piece, topped tho bowling.! ■•■■■ During tho Christmas holidays tho club sent a touring teiim into:-the,Jtana-wat'u ■■ and jWanganui districts, where; 5 matches were played, resulting in'3 : wins,1 loss, and 1 draw. A. Aldersley was-in particularly good , form with the ■ bat, obtaining an average of 58.25 for 1 completed innings, with a highest score of 111 not out against Palmerston North.
