Johnson, a member of tho State Parliament, and secretary, of tho Tram Employees' Union, has been found guilty of aiding and: abetting the men in the recent tram strike. Ho was fined .£SO. '. Messrs. Mac Donald (president), St. John (vice-president), and Parsons (assistant secretary of the Union) were found guilty, as employees, of striking, and were each fined J5lO. Perth, August 31. ; A charge brought against Mr. Troy O'Loghlin, a Labour member of Parliament, of obstructing traffic in connection with the tramway strike, has been dismissed.'
