Both scullers, have, come through their training satisfactorily, ■ and are in rare form for the struggle in what promises to lie a great race. Everything points to a hard,struggle.
A largo number of people have assembled hero from all parts. to witness the race, and the crowd is the largest over seen here. The'arrangements.at the riverside are very complete,, and the water is like a sheet of glass.
Tho courso is one of the prettiest and best in the world.
