The annual meeting of the New Zealand. Kennel Club will be held at the Chamber of Commerce on' Wednesday, August 25, at 3 p.m., when the report ami balance-sheet will he presented, officers elected, , and consideration given to the following notices of motion, by the Dunedin Fanciers' Club:— Rule 17.—That the words "one shilling" in line 4 of page 11 be altered to "sixpences" and that the necessary alteration's be made in tho regulations for show purposes. Rule 11 (Rules and Regulations).—That the words "each delegato shall be a'resident of tho town or district wherein the club he represents is situated" be deleted. That the following clause be added to paragraph 21 of regulations for show purposes: "That no certificate shall be awarded by tho New Zealand' Kennol Club, unless a dog shall liuvo won at least one challenge certificate in each Island." According to the statement of finances, the. club is iu a sound position, there being'.a balance of Ji3G 7s. 2d. on the right aide of tho ledger. -
