ADDRESS BY ARCHDEACON HARPER.

A largo audience op men assembled at St. Peter's Church yesterday afternoon, to hear an address on "Manliness," delivered by Archdeacon Harper. The speaker, who throughout his discourse was followed with close attention by his audience, declared emphatically that true manliness was impossible save when based on Christianity.
