PARIS ALARMED. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright (Hoc. July 10, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, July 9. Tho River Seine is rising, and the Marae, one of its principal affluents, is overflowing its banks. The inkaoitants of Chalone-sur-Maruo, capital of the Department cf Haute MariM, a city of about 20,000' inhabitants, and of Troye.s (population 50,000) have abandoned their homes. Many of the quays aloug the river havo been submerged. Paris is again alarmed, and tho Government has arranged to isolate the central telegraph station and isolate fifty telephone bureaux.
