In tho Magistrate's Court to-day a decision was given in tho case against Albert Matthew Moore, who was charged with keeping- a common gaming house, with managing the same, and with advancing money for tile purposo of gambling. Those charges were dismissed. For permitting an unlawful game to be played in a billiard room after hours, Moore was fined £2 and 7s, costs. Another 'charge against him of failing to closo his billiard room was dismissed. Three men, Hunter, Wilson, and Boyer were also convicted of playing an illegal game in Moore's billiard .room, and were fined £leach with costs 7s. ■ • .. ■ '
