The Prussian Minister for the Interior, Herr von Moltke, who was sponsor for the ill-fated Franchise Bill, has resigned his portfolio. (Rec. June 20, 9.30 p.m.) Berlin, Juno 20. Herr Zedlitz, President of Silesia, and a former opponent of the Canal Bill, has succeeded Herr von Moltke as Prussian Minister of the Interior. Herr Schorlemer, President of tho Rhine Province, has succeeded Herr von Arnim as Minister for Agriculture. Herr von Arnim has resigned on account of ill-health.
