Town Board has given its consent to tho plans laying down the route of the Gonville-Castjccliff tram- - ways through its town district, subject - to the levels being, adopted to suit the - Town Board's roads. Tho board has appointed Mr. G. H. J Dickson supervising engineer of the new f street improvement works, to be shortly s undertaken at Castlecliff. At a meeting last night it was decided » to request Mr. Hogan, M.P., to press on I the Minister for. Justice the need for speedier prison Teform, in order that inmates of gaols may have the benefit of reformative treatment.
