WELLINGTON SHAEEMAEKET. The market was inclined to weaken yesterday, and there were comparatively few transactions. Roes Goldficlds dropped at the close of the day to buyers 195., sellers 19s. 9d. The followine cablegram has bc& received from tho London oflico of the Talisman Consolidated Company :—Report and balance-sheet has been sent to shareholders June 13, showing cross profit £104,415, net profit £95,429 after allowing for taxes. The amount brouaht forward is £47,247, and tho amount carried forward is £53,177, less £30,000 proposed bonus to make shares fully paid up.
