The followine cablegram has bc& received from tho London oflico of the Talisman Consolidated Company :—Report and balance-sheet has been sent to shareholders June 13, showing cross profit £104,415, net profit £95,429 after allowing for taxes. The amount brouaht forward is £47,247, and tho amount carried forward is £53,177, less £30,000 proposed bonus to make shares fully paid up.
