A NEW WOMEN'S CLUB.
■ The newest arrival in London clubland is the International Women's Franchise Qnb, which aims at providing a rallying point for all Suffragists, without distinction of party or nationality. At the temporary premises at 66 Russell' Square, militants may sip tea with those who favour constitutional methods, and Suffragists from tho colonies or abroad may find a home -in London among sympathisers with their cause.' Miss L. D. Corbett, 8.A., who is the secretary of the club, says that the idea grew out of last year's international congress. Already there are 700 members, and all the various' women's suffrage societies are represented. The only qualification is sympathy with the movement, , and .both men and women can join. For English members the subscription is a guinea Xl year.
