RAUMAI ESTATE SUB-DIVISION.

Special attention drawn to a notification in another portion of this issue referring to the sub-division of the well-known Rauraai Estate, which Messrs. Abraham and Williams, in conjunction with Messrs. Baggott and Potts, Wangamii, will offer by public auction at the Borough Horse Emporium, Palmerston North, to-day. There are twenty-nine farms in the estate. In order to put the Woodvillo A. and P. Association on a moro satisfactory footing, Messrs. H. Gaisrord, R. E. Beattie, John Murray, and Escott have been appointed to canvass tho whole district. At the annual meeting this week tho members present subscribed £50 in the room towards wiping off the liabilities of tho association.
