UNFAVOURABLE WEATHER. ' It was the reverso of, enjoyable;to have to play bowls on Saturday afternoon, and many who were compelled to stand about in- the bitter southerly blast wished that it had been worse so that play' would have'been- declared off. As it was, it was dry enough to play but much too cold and breezy to find any pleasure in it. Still, there was tho final of the Junior Pennants and Stars to get off, and play was ijecessary in view of the prospects of an early winter. ; .'' ~ . .
