RAURANGI. Attention is directed to the advertisement in this issue relating to the sale of town lots in Raurangi, by Mr. T. If.andono Jackson, instructed by the owner, Mr. P. F. W. Pagan. The sale, which is announced to take, place at Auckland on May 13, affects 200 quar-ter-acres. Theso all face a chain-wide road on the fine esplanade, which bounds the property on two sides 'facing the beautiful Waihtngi River on the one side and the magnificent harbour of tho bay on the other. Raurangi is part of the historio estate, and means "Recollections of olden times."
