HENRY-BILHORN MISSION.

A-largely-attended meeting of the Executive Committee of tho HenryBilhorn mission was held • on Monday night. Tho Rev. Kennedy Elliott occupied the chair, and there were present: Revs. Glasson, North, Aspland, Dewdney, Fee, Clark, Shiror, and Messrs. Mills, Rumgay, Hart, . Paradise, and Holmes. Tho secretary read letters from Dr. Henry, which signified that, owing to a serious illness, Professor Bilhorn woujd be unable to accompany the party, but that ho had secured Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Potts, of Chicago, tho former : as soloist and leader, and the latter as accompanist. Mr. Potts has a national reputation as a leader of Gospel song. Dr. Henry' also intimated that Mr. Alexander's new book would bo used for the missions in New Zealand. Largo quantities, of hymnbooks, both music and words, aro to be ordered, and will ho sold_ in the hall. The, Personal Work Committee reported that already 95 names had been secured as personal workers. They were aiming to secure 150. Mr. Mills was appointed to act as registrar of the "Signed Decision" cards. It was decided to hold a special rally of personal workers on Friday, April 1, at the- Y.M.C.A., when the Rev. T. Fee and AV. Shiror will speak on "The Importance of Personal Work," and "Methods of Personal AYork. ,, Dr. Henry will speak to personal workers on Thursday, April 7. The Rev. A. Dewdney was appointed special correspondent to the "Outlook," which will publish special issues. The Musical Committee reported that names of members of all Church choirs were being secured, and it was hoped to get a chorus of 300 voicos to meet Mr. Potts for rehearsal on Friday, April 8. It was reported that 25 Home Prayer ?rleotings were being hold weekly for the Mission. The Rev. M. Aspland is to load the prayer meetings on Tlmrsdny next. Tho comniitteo in charge of advertising reported the erection of six big sighs for tho niisuon. A' discussion took place on ushers and badges, and a coinmittoo was appointed to report on proposals at next meeting. Dr. Henry and party are to bo publicly welcomed at the Kent Terrace Church on Wednesday, April 6, arrangements to be left with tho Ministers' Association of Wellington.
