MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

A brief sitting of the Magistrate's Court disposed of tho business ou the chargesheet yesterday morning. A seafaring man.named Charles Scott pleaded guilty fo a charge of having used threatening be laviour.ni I'catherston Street, whereby a breach of the peace was occasioned. A conviction and fine of 20s. and costs is., in default seven days' imprisonment, was entered. . "James Neville was convicted and fined 10s., in default 48 hours' imprisonment, for disorderly behaviour in Manners Street, whilst, drunk. One individual charged' with insobriety was convicted and discharged. '
